«INTERNATIONAL CHARITY FOUNDATION «MILITARY VETERANS FOR PEACE»

In 2014, Ukraine faced military aggression from Russia. In that extremely difficult time for the Ukrainian people, it became a test for preserving independence. All sections of the population united for the sake of one goal - to oppose the aggressor, terror, lawlessness.

In 2015, a public figure of the central region of Ukraine created the Public Union "All-Ukrainian Association of Combat Action Participants and ATO Volunteers", which has the status of an associate member of the European Organization of Military Associations and Trade Unions, "EUROMIL", which was granted in 2017 in the city of Berlin , Germany.

As of now, the union's representative offices and branches are registered in all regions of Ukraine (oblasts). The total number of members of the association is more than 40,000 people. A significant majority of members are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in front-line positions defending Ukraine's independence. During the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, unfortunately, a large number of like-minded people (members of the union) were killed and seriously injured.

In the course of activities, in 2023, a decision was made to create the International Charitable Foundation "Military Veterans for Peace" in order to cooperate with international organizations to restore the social capacity of veterans who suffered from the consequences of war; restoration of economic independence; providing appropriate living conditions that require it.

The main goal of the organization at present is the implementation and protection of rights and freedoms, satisfaction of public, in particular economic, social, cultural, medical interests of citizens: participants in hostilities.
